Vision Support and Empowerment

The Vision Support Officer can visit visually impaired people in Carlisle and surrounding areas, offering practical advice on lighting and low vision aids, such as magnifiers, Talking Book machines, talking watches and clocks. Information and assistance can also be provided regarding technical equipment.
